All of our technicians are Gold Seal Certified by the 'Industry Training Authority'
and practice the most up to date installation methods using OEM approved parts and materials.
2. What is Glass Express?
Glass Express is
a program created by ICBC for accredited Auto Glass Shops such
as Streamline who are held to a higher standard. You don't need
to phone ICBC or go to a claim centre first. Streamline meets
industry-leading standards for quality work and customer
service. Trained technicians will ensure your auto glass is
safely repaired or replaced.
As a trusted business partner with ICBC, we have access to an
online glass claims initiating program which allows us to create
a glass claim for the customer, repair your vehicle safely and
invoice the insurance company directly.
3. Is there a warranty or guarantee on your services?
Surrey Auto Glass is so confident in the quality of our work that we
offer the best warranty in windshield replacement. This
warranty covers water leaks, air noises, manufacturer defects,
molding retention and one year in shop free chip repair. Our
warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle.
4. Can Streamline Coquitlam Auto Glass provide services to meet my demanding schedule?
Absolutely. We know your schedule can get hectic, so we offer mobile service, sending an installation specialist to your vehicle.
5. What are the advantages of comprehensive insurance coverage?
Comprehensive insurance coverage
Comprehensive coverage protects your vehicle against a number of losses.
As well as paying for repairs or a replacement windshield, it covers you
if the vehicle is lost or damaged by any of the following:
-
missiles and falling or flying objects, including rock or gravel damage to
your windshield
- weather —
lightning, windstorm, hail, rising water
- theft, vandalism
and malicious mischief
- the stranding,
sinking, burning, derailment, upset or collision of a conveyance
transporting the vehicle on land or water
- fire
- earthquake
- civil commotion
or riots
- impact with a
domestic or wild animal
Comprehensive
coverage can save you money
- For windshield
damage caused by flying objects such as rocks or gravel, you pay
a $200 deductible (if you buy Comprehensive coverage with the
minimum $300 deductible).
- Any claims you
make on your Comprehensive coverage will not affect your
position on the Claim-rated scale
Comprehensive
does not cover you for the following
- contents of any
vehicle other than some contents of a motor home
- any part of the
vehicle as a result of mechanical breakdown
- rust, corrosion,
wear and tear
- freezing
- tires (unless
stolen or if the damage is a result of one of the losses listed
above)
- explosion within
the combustion chamber (unless the damage is caused by one of
the losses listed above)
